"Our pets have been with Concord for the last twenty years and we LOVE this place. All the staff are amazing! We were so upset to hear that boarding has stopped. We board our three dogs a lot and knowing that they are cared and loved by the incredible staff put our minds at ease. Over that past few days we discussed our options and decided to change vet's. We need the peace of mind that our dogs are staying where their doctors are nearby. Last night that all changed, Bing had an episode while he was at Concord and needed to go to the ER Vet we were unable to take him. Dr. Lisa offered to take him for us!! This was above and beyond! That act of kindness made us change our mind's, Concord is where we belong. But, please reconsider the boarding options we are truly at a loss of where to board. We appreciate the love you show to our boys!"
