For example, I was able to make a same-day appointment to get my sick cat treated. While I was there the doctor was so pleasant and taught my children to see inside the eye of our cat. They even took a video showing how to properly give my cat his medicine for reference. Then the vet followed up to make sure I was able to be successful with the treatment. This focus on pet care and customer service is especially appreciated."
